We are seeking a professional and organised Office Sales Administration Personnel to join our team and support our daily sales and operations activities.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Handle day-to-day sales administration tasks
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
Liaise with warehouse and sales managers to coordinate order fulfilment
Maintain customer accounts and provide excellent service
Assist with office administration and reporting as required
处理日常销售行政事务
确保客户订单准确无误并按时完成
与仓库及销售经理保持紧密沟通,协调出货及交付
维护客户资料及账户管理
协助完成一般办公室行政工作与相关报告
Requirements / 任职要求
Previous experience in sales administration or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
具备销售行政或客户服务等相关工作经验
良好的沟通及人际交往能力
注重细节,具备良好的时间管理能力
熟悉 Microsoft Office 办公软件及电脑操作
