标题: Ascot Park招租，近火车公交可达city、Tonsley校区和Seaford

房子不在主路上，双砖结构（隔音效果好），坐南朝北，3米层高冬暖夏凉，卫生间和浴室分开，前后院很大，有柠檬、黄桃和油桃树，随便摘。

房子对面有网球场、篮球场和公共绿地。

交通：徒步5分钟到Woodlands Park火车站（快线北上10分钟直达city；向南分两条线，一条到Flinders <途径Tonsley校区>，另一条Seaford方向<途径Marion>）。此外，附近还有M44（第17站）、190（第15B站）和241（第15站）公交站，可直达City、唐人街、Marion Shopping Center、Glenelg海滩等地。

购物：东边有Castle Plaza Shopping Center，那儿有Coles、Drake、Target、Post Office、Banks、健身房等；西边有超市Drake、药房、诊所等。

提供NBN、冰箱、微波炉、洗衣机等设施。

无小孩、无宠物。

共4个房间，住满4人。

房间配有衣柜、double size bed、抽屉柜、落地灯、落地衣架、书桌和椅子。

起租时间：三个月。

租金：3-6个月，$160+bills；6个月以上，$150+bills。

室友要求：希望新室友正常休息时间互不打扰，不带朋友回来过夜，不养宠物，爱干净，注意维持公共区域卫生。

特别说明：男生only，谢绝couple。

注:

1. 是老房子，期待新房的可忽略。

2. 没空调，但因双砖隔热效果好，地板到ceiling距离就有3米多，夏天并不热，而且每个窗户装有防盗窗（roller shutters），白天降下阻隔热量进入室内，傍晚打开凉风习习。此外，房间配有风扇。因此，这儿不适合离不开空调的人员。

3. 晚10.30前完成公共区域活动（如洗澡、洗衣、做饭），不影响大家休息。所以，这儿不适合喜欢夜间进行以上活动的人员。
