东区Magill阳光大房招租, available now！房间干净整洁，采光好，配有double size床，书桌，build-in大衣柜，只需要和另一位男生室友share卫浴，浴室和卫生间分开的，相互不影响。TPG不限流量网，方便学习，追剧！房子不在主街，安静安全，门口就是网球场和DALY OVAL，晨起锻炼或是饭后消食都非常舒服。
交通：走路5分钟（看个人走路风格）H30 19站，走路7分钟，H33 20站，15-20分钟到达city，阿大，南澳大学！走路15分钟可到南澳magill校区。
生活：开车3分钟到达firle shopping center，走路15分钟。有COLES，KMART, 24小时hungry Jack’s, dominos等等，还有各种亚洲商店，bakery，中餐，健身房，生活很方便。
租金：$140+bill, 4周押金，正规合同。暂时NO PETS 谢谢。
