目前只有一间卧室。另外两间卧室由一位正在弗林德斯大学攻读硕士学位的中国男生租用。他很安静，干净，也很有礼貌。另一间卧室由一位在弗林德斯大学学习的中国女孩租用。她很友好，很随和。如您有任何进一步的问题，请信息我。

需支付额外费用， - 每间客房每周需要支付额外的8澳元的服务费。这项服务/公用事业费包括： - 每周服务/专业清洁 - 厨房，地板和浴室清洁;加满肥皂，卫生纸等，干净的亚麻布。

This is a amazing new house with all of new IKEA furnitures. This Furnished house with 3 fully furnished bedrooms, including: bed/linen, desk, lamp, chair, built-ins storage, air-condition and door lock in each room.

Shared living room, piano zoo, Lounge/dining area, fully-functional kitchen, bathroom with washing machine.

Just 5-10 mins to marion shopping centre and Flinders uni. walk 5 mins to Coles.

I have just taken possession of this 3 bedroom property and looking for 1 female or male university student to rent a room( single bed). Would also be happy to consider quite respectful professional working females looking to share with students. Definitely no party people, too noisy and smokers.

Currently only one bedrooms is available. other two bedrooms have rented by a Chinese guy who is studying master degree at Flinders uni. he is very quiet, clean and polite. anther bedroom is rented by a Chinese girl who also study in Flinders uni. she is very friendly and easy going. there is an extra cost above,- a servics fee of $8 /week per room. This service/utilities fee includes: - service/professional cleaning every week - kitchen, floors, and bathroom cleaned; top up of soap, toilet paper etc., clean linen.
