Education Consultant

We arelooking for a committed Student Counsellor for our Kokos International Adelaidebranch who can speak Mandarin to provide support and assist the growth anddevelopment of our students. This role would suit an organised and articulateperson who is passionate about refining their professional and interpersonalskills.

Duties and Responsibilities

·        Analyse student studyabilities/needs and advise on the formulation of study plans to achieve careergoals and manage student expectations when required.

·        Arrange and contribute to theassistance of special needs students.

·        Help students achieve bettereducational and social outcomes by assisting with behavioural improvement.

·        Counsel students who requireassistance including arranging and implementing family and couples counsellingsessions.

·        Keep yourself updated with thelaw changes and school program changes

Qualifications and Skills

·        Excellent analytical andinterpersonal skills.

·        Excellent English and Chinese(Mandarin) verbal and written communication skills.

·        Relevant industry knowledgeand/or work experience in student counselling is desirable, but not essential.

The successful Candidate will:

·        Enjoy working in a small,friendly team,

·        Currently studying or completedUniversity degree in Adelaide/Australia

·        Quick learner with a can-doattitude

·        Be Self-Motivated and able towork independently

·        Have a high level of accuracyand attention to details.

·        Have a valid visa can workpart-time

·        Proficiency in using Microsoftoffice

·        Excellent communication skillsand proficiency in English and Mandarin language
