I think yours is Corolla Ascent
Manual Hatch $21990 drive away
yours is Auto maybe $2000 more. so $23990 drive away
I assume when you bought it new from toyota dealer you got 7%-10% discount depending on your luck, because that's what people do when buying a new car + some extra options
$23,990 - 8%(1900+) = $22,000 (I assume this is approximately what actually you paid)
after 3 month driving, the price $21,500 which you offered is a little bit expensive but not too expensive. I think $20,000 is the reasonable offer.
