'Experienced driver' recognition

South Australia also recognises driver experience from the following countries:

Bulgaria Cyprus Czech Republic Estonia *Hong Kong Hungary Latvia Lithuania

Poland Republic of Korea Romania Slovakia Slovenia South Africa Taiwan

*You must have held a Hong Kong driver's licence for a minimum of 12 months. If your  licence  has been issued for less than 12 months but you held a Hong Kong driver's licence previously, you must  provide official confirmation of this from the Hong Kong driver licensing authority。

香港驾照如果不足一年，把中国驾照加翻译件带上也是可以换的。

官方没列出这样的条件啊，有试过的么？
