CPA官网上说：老的评估5年有效，但2010年6月30号前做出来的评估结果如果需要更新的话，要4个7分或PY职业年课程才能通过评估的。
If you submitted an application before the 30 June 2010 and require an update or review, the above criteria will apply. It is no longer possible to receive an assessment under the previous criteria.
Please note that a successful assessment is valid for two years from the assessment outcome date.
ICA官网上写着，会计评估结果有效期2年。
How long is my skills assessment valid for?
A skills assessment is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of the assessment letter. After this time you will need to reapply for a skills assessment submitting all of the required documents and paying the required assessment fee.
我打电话给州政府，州政府说只要评估函上写着是5年有效期的，你符合州担保的其他申请条件，我们就可以考虑担保你190/489的。

我又打给移民局1300 364 613 (inside Australia)，得到的确切消息是：如果你已经获得职业评估，即使超过了2年，如果你的目的是技术移民用，我们仍然认可你的评估结果，你只要满足60分打分及其他申请条件就可以递交技术移民签证申请。
总结：只要有老的会计职业评估的（5年内都有效的），有近2年内考出来的4个6分，都可以申请WA的会计190州担保5分加分后，获得DIAC的EOI邀请，递交PR申请的 大家抓紧申请哦
