Qualifications & experience

• The ideal candidate will have experience in working as a PA/Executive Assistant within a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide high-level administrative support to the manager.
• Help coordinate and manage all external and internal communication with the manager.
• Using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Diary & email management - ensure appropriate times are provided for meetings and work in progress, monitor email messages.
• Preparing reports as and when necessary.
• Coordinating leadership meetings, minutes and agendas.
• Fully assisting of the manager on the company and personal matters.
