we seeking a vibrant and experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to make a real contribution to the continued success of our national business. Your role will be assisting the GM in implementing strategy & direction of the broader business leadership team, be across keeping on top of diary meetings and emails. This role will offer lots of variety including personal matters .

Qualifications & experience

· Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant. MS Office and English ,Chinese proficiency

· Outstanding organisational and time management skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

· PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

· Coordinate and provide high level administrative support to the MD

·    Help coordinate and manage all external and internal
·    Communication with the Chairman
·    Diary and email management
·    Fully assisting of the MD on company and personal matters
·    Preparing reports as and when necessary
·    Coordinating leadership meetings, minutes and agendas
