A Malaysian and Indonesian Restaurant is currently lookingfor a part-time (Full Time is negotiable) floor supervisor/assistant manager tohelp lead our team as well as contributing to the business to go further. Weare currently operating in 2 sites, which are located at Rundle Mall andWestfield Marion. Offering a great opportunity to work with a young dynamicstaff and a very supportive management. Candidates must be able to work around20 – 35 Hours per week and roster is very flexible.

Position Duty

·     Hands on and happy to perform day-to-dayrestaurant operations

·     Responsible for supervising restaurant duringtheir shift

·     Reporting to manager with on-going performance.

·     Manage stock to ensure we have the right volumeof stock for day-to-day operation.

·     Ensure the overall cleanliness

·     Capability to conduct training for new staff

·     Listening to customer feedback and consistentlyworking to ensure positive customer experiences

Essential Criteria

·     Malaysian and Indonesian Cuisine Knowledge is ESSENTIAL

·     Significant experience (Is preferable) insimilar positions

·     Good and Strong Interpersonal Skills

·     Strong, modern Management skills

·     Decision Making and problem solving skills.

·     Dedicated, hard worker, trustworthy and reliableteam player

·     Excellent time management

·     Positive, happy and smiling in order to build onthe great workplace culture and provided exceptional customer service.
