地址：1st Floor 47 Gouger Street, Adelaide SA 5000

因要与同学合租房子，所以特此转租此apartment bedroom，合同是7.29号到期，期间可以续租（合同问题详谈）

share toliet and kitchen with others （共有2厕所，2冲凉房，1个大厨房）

生活便利的地方，楼下就是central market想买什么东西随时去，附近各种餐厅美食店

步行去阿大20分钟

is it a one bedroom apartment with own toliet and kitchen? or it is sharing with other people. according to what you said you are transfering the whole apartment, but $140 is nearly impossible.....especially you are saying included everything.
