想盡快結束homestay的昂貴及枯燥生活，想租壹單人間，東北區8-11站，不要和太多人住，有空調，價格150以內，近Marden shopping centre最好了，因爲晚上在那裏打工，請有房的朋友留下房屋信息，中意後我會與妳聯酪。

We have a room available at Plympton…very near to anzac highway…however, is not close to Marden

$110 per week + share bills(negotiable)
5 mins walk to bus stop 8 : 263,264,365,245,248,M44 ( all the king William st)
2 mins walk to bus stop 8 : 241, 242 ( to Victoria square)
5 to 10 mins walk to tram stop ( stop 8)
Within 10 mins walk to Kmart and Coles…

Fully furnished (new fridge and washing machine) …room has single bed, study desk and clothes hanger…we also have all cooking utensils, dining set, tv and many more…

我有一房，在ANZAC HWY 第10站，步行5分钟以内可到达，超市，邮局，银行等等，公车，TRAM等等交通。

我有一房出租，离MARION SHOPPING CENTER坐车5分钟左右！3站之内有FOODLAND，离CITY大概25分钟，交通生活方便！

房租130全包，包电费，水费，煤气费，网络费以及打回中国的电话费！

一個很大很大的房間,可以放兩個大雙人床哦! 方便給couple住 or 兩個女生呀 *$200+ share bill
一個大房子,也很大,很適合 couple, 跟兩個女生一齊住哦 *$190+ share bill
一個單人房,很適合大學生,陽光充沛 $130+share bill
兩個衛生間,一個浴室
5分鐘去china town, 5分鍾去南澳大學, 13分鐘去呀大 * (可以坐 free bus *)
