房子位於Ferryden Park. 開車15分鐘可到city, 步行3分鐘到車站直達city.
房子在SA regency campus 和 Le Cordon Bleu & ICHM附近, 大概步行7-10分鐘.
附近有shopping center, 裡面有woolworths, coles 和 big w. 希望房客乾淨, 整齊和尊重其他房客.

單人床房間是一周 $130 (all bills and umlimited internet ADSL 2+ included)
雙人床房間是一周 $140 (all bills and umlimited internet ADSL 2+ included)
