Urbanest is student accommodation with a difference where everything is just that bit better. In short, it's hassle free, secure living.
The rent is 273 AUD per week negotiable. The room is available from 28th November 2015. The contract gets over in Feb 10 2016. If you want to live here after that than you can extend the contract if the room is available.

I moved in Feb 2015, I searched for a place in the CBD which is located near the university, I liked Urbanest has a very friendly staff, so all the queries will be solved as soon as possible. Furthermore, other accomodations exclude extra costs like electrcity, wifi. Here you don't have to think about this because you have only one bill and nothing will come on top.After I arrived, I met people from all over the world and still enjoying all kind of activities with my new friends! And there is a lot to do :) The Urbanest Crew gives a monthly diary with all the activities organized by the stuff or by local clubs.
Enjoy a night in the Bars on Hindley Street, go out for a run at the Torrens River, visit the Adelaide Oval, go to the free museums or just walk around and feel the spirit of this awesome city! I still find new unseen places after living 8 months in Adelaide.
