A comfortable and safe place to live. It is generally a quiet place. The double-brick house is large with 7 large,
fully-furnished rooms (including 4 bedrooms), with reverse-cycle air conditioning, 2 large fridges, 1st-class
front-loading washing machine, 2 ovens, 2 microwave ovens, rice cookers, a pressure cooker, a stand mixer and so on.
There is wireless internet connectivity.
Near supermarkets, top quality fruit & veg shop, bank, post office, restaurant and department store. Shops are in
walking distance.
The room is a double room, about 12.5 square meters. The room has a queen size bed, wardrobe, a large ergonomic desk with drawers and
shelving, a clothes rack, two chests of drawers with shelving on top, 1 high quality ergonomic chair, and a
bedside cabinet. There is also a waste paper basket, a desklamp, and an outlet for ducted r/c A/C.
Easy access to Adelaide Uni, UniSA (East and Magill Campuses) and RAH. We are about 19-22 minutes from Adelaide
University and UniSA East via the O-Bahn. Using the O-Bahn during peak times is very quick. Only 7 bus-stops from
Adelaide Uni via the O-Bahn. Close to the Paradise Interchange, the most popular bus stop that uses rails like a
train. Very fast. From our bus stop to paradise interchange by h30 is about 7-10 minutes(depends on the traffic), through obahn by any bus about 10-11 minutes to city.For H20, H21, 176,580 is stop 23A. There are other buses available: H30, 178.
My husband is a local mathematician, lecturer and software developer, and he is willing to help with your English
(or mathematics) if you like.
Couples have used this room. A previous couple lived here for almost 2 years.
We always have had a good relationship with lodgers. We welcome new people. BTW, no smoking.
Rent: for a single, $140/week; a couple, $170/week; include all bills
Minimum stay is 3 months, and preference will be given to those who want to stay for long time. you are welcome to visit us.
