房子简介，
1，房子2004 年房子，房间条件很好，住起来很舒服。
2.所在的区，距离城中心和海边都很近，学习或工作之余可以去海边放松
3.所在的区在西面，很安全的郊区。
4.房子里的所有设施都是新的，房间有家具。

Great location-Fortrose, seaton ,10km to city, 4km to grange beach, 4km to westlake shoppingcenter, 15 mins walk to findon shopping center, close to Harbor town shoppingcenter, IKEA , airport ....

15mins train to city , walking 8mins to train station, 8 mins to bus station.

Room is tidy , neat and fully furnished with brandnew furniture.

1。爱洁净，有好的生活习惯就可以
2.decent & reasonable person
