嗯，如题所示，想整租一套三室的房子。新房优先~
基本要求是：
有中央空调，有家具，近city（10站以内,11站12站这种也可以）家具希望质量能好一些，新一些。
离车站近，步行3分钟能到车站，车次比较多或者种类比较多方便去city。（例如车次频繁的G10
房子周围有超市一类的设施。
房租的话，这个要看具体的位置一类的才比较好说，可以在看房子的时候详细讨论。city里的房子的话虽然很方便但还是价格偏贵，所以准备搬家到city近郊的位置。
2月底3月初可入住。2月中的也可以。联系方式：

有公立的Forbes primary school, plympton primary school, Ascot park primary, 还有私立的Emmaus christian college

I search the address in Google map and it tell me ferryden park is 25A stop, it is too far for me,thank you for your reply.
