  House share style accommodation, fully furnished room, $160 per  week.

- Suit quiet and mature Asian female student, non smoker, no  pets.

- Prefer student who wants longer term  accommodation

- 3 rental rooms share bathroom and  kitchen.

- Shopping, cooking, laundry and cleaning are not  included.

- Rental includes services, Wi-Fi (not unlimited), use of  treadmill, washing machine and hair dryer.

- Nice garden with bbq’s, spa and sauna (for house residents  only)

- No lease, no bond, rent reduces during long holidays.

-  Owners are English speaking couple.
