好像无论吃的喝的都往上浮动了两三块钱

两样东西最明显。
1，学费。
2，woolworth里1.5升的矿泉水，2010年末，95c，现在133c。

I think things that I buy are actually getting cheaper. I buy online and because of the higher exchange rate, things are cheaper.

房价降了，人工涨了（CHINATOWN除外），油价涨了，车票涨了，股票涨了，澳币涨了，金属跌了，香蕉降了。
吃的喝的涨的是受人工上涨影响。

20年之后别的地方工资都上百，Chinatown会不会还9刀

Haha, that why my parents encouraged me to stay away from Chinatown when I was young. They don't want me to look for a part-time job there. I ended up working for a big Australian company, but the pay stinks. I think I was paid the minimum wage, around $16 I think. It was a long time ago.

I tried to contact with farm owners who provided attractive payment on Gumtree.
But some of them rejected me rudely, when I intimated I am a Chinese.

我们家有太阳能板
原来一个季度可以有25-30 CR
现在差不多要支付50左右

chinatown6年前我来的时候是7刀，现在9刀，已经涨了28.5%啦，比其他的涨的都多
