不是说过的时候是黄灯就叫闯黄灯...
如果变红灯的时候你的车尾没过对面那条线...就定性为闯红灯.

LZ，没有必要对警察底3下4的求情。。。你又没有错。。。黄灯，在安全的时候是可以过得！

你连闯两个了，所以警察逮你。。。算啦~教训。。。。

确实没有闯红灯，因为警察挡住我后也说是闯了AMBER LIGHT。

罚的理由是‘只有在无法安全停车时才可以闯黄灯，我的车速太低，完全可以安全停下来’。

是呀，小心为上了。我的一个LOCAL朋友还有过这样的经历，看着车速表根本没有超速，警察就说是超速。听说这里的警察也有罚款指标的，不知道真假。

你好有困难互相帮助我现在的问题倒不是罚单而是分扣完驾照都要吊销了呵呵
我和五档起步之前有站内短信
他告诉我如果对警察开的罚单有争议可以联系一个部门
下面是他的原话：
“对警察开的罚单如果有争议，可以联系这个部门 Expiation Notice Branch (08) 8463 4388。”
我一直很感谢这个朋友平常经常对我的提问有解答谢谢
说出来和需要的朋友分享我想这也会是他的初衷的

那些警察就是看着你不爽，看着年轻，就干你，我当时就被干了，说什么你看到黄灯就要停，还问是不是我刹车有问题，nnd，我是在绿灯的时候过得，有理都说不清

Australian Road Rules

57 Stopping for a yellow traffic light or arrow

(1) A driver approaching or at traffic lights showing a yellow
traffic light must stop:
(a) if there is a stop line at or near the traffic lights and the
driver can stop safely before reaching the stop line —
as near as practicable to, but before reaching, the stop
line; or
(b) if there is no stop line at or near the traffic lights and
the driver can stop safely before reaching the traffic
lights — as near as practicable to, but before reaching,
the nearest or only traffic lights; or
(c) if the traffic lights are at an intersection and the driver
cannot stop safely in accordance with paragraph (a) or
(b), but can stop safely before entering the intersection
— before entering the intersection;
and must not proceed past the stop line or nearest or only
traffic lights, or into the intersection (as the case may be),
until the traffic lights show a green or flashing yellow traffic
light or no traffic light.
Offence provision.
Note Enter, intersection, stop line and yellow traffic light are defined in
the dictionary.

Anyway, it is quite up to the police to judge when can stop, when can go..
