can use car port
wireless high speed 200GB
lease 8mon left
1 bathroom/toilet/laundry.
there are 2 rooms , one big room is available

-builted in 2 double wardrobes
-two single desks& chairs
-drawer
-tea table
-newly bedding
if you’re couple I can organize double bed for the couple or you wanna share 2ppl for one room (female-female/ male-male) I can also set up two single beds
Bus stop is 9.
can take H20.21.22.23.24.140.N22 , it takes time to city just 5 min.
really close to Norwood shopping centre (coles,foodland,theater. commonwealth bank, ANZ bank ,church..)
