you can do CBT or VORT, but both of them you need 50 hours of driving logs.
you can check the Chinese newspaper for Driving Instructor (MDI)

学习驾驶执照转为预习执照(Provisional license),您需要:
-直接通过路试(VORT)或完成CBT课程(The Driver Companion)黄色部份.同时;
-申请人需要记录五十小时的驾驶时间,其中有十小时的晚间驾驶时间.
-五十小时的驾驶时间需要由正式驾驶执照(full license)的人仕签署,并记录在The Driving Companion的Log book内.
-申请人最少需要持有学习驾驶执照半年.
