i am going to set a brand new 2 bedroom unit in my property. I am not sure how much rental i can get.
location will be in kilburn, if you take bus, it will be walk 308 m to bus 239 at bus stop 20. if you take train, it will be 5 minutes walking distance (400m) to kilburn train station.
anyone give me an idea?
