marion rd plympton，anzac hwy, BUS 站10，正常情况下10分钟之内可达CITY ，CHINATOWN，H20 从henly beach rd 走，然后到marionrd 。26开头跟24开头，M44都是从ANZACHWY 走，去海边坐26开头直达！！还有坐TRAM也可，只是要多走一会儿路，都是在STOP10下，交通相当之方便，z走到马路对面步行50米可到COLES，postoffice, newsagency 等等，，现在有小房间跟中大房间出租，房间家具有桌子。双人床，椅子。衣柜，还有装东西的小架子，包电，包水。包网(无限)。煮饭的器具还有碗也可一起SHARE， ,现找一名不抽烟，爱干净的租客（不好意思。不租出couple)如果有意者，马上行动吧。
