标题: 求租两室一厅，近city,交通购物比较便利的房屋~~！！

1.两学生整套求租，unit或者apartment都可以，需要两间卧室，不同别人合租。2交通方便，近city,离公交车站很近。3.购物方便，附近有购物中心或者超市。
4如果没有院子，希望有能阳光通透的屋。
5.旧房子可以，若是翻盖或新房最好。
6.价钱：最好可以在300以内。
7.位置：最好能在东区或者东南区，burnside附近更好。8。希望能在2月19号入住。

Hi,
Two bedroom unit available for rent in March located on Thomas st, Unley( 1 min walk to bus stop 5 )
It is just off King William st with lots of shops, cafes & facilities,private & quiet.
