交通极其便利，出门即为公交车站W90，W91（GoZone），距CITY仅5站，直通adelaide uni,UNISA,另距直通或经过Flinders University的G10，G20的Bus公交站仅一站，3分钟至火车站，该火车站四通八达，南向为Noarlunga,Tonsley, Belair,线, 北向经Central Train Station转乘可达各处，西向为Glenelg海滨线。购物便捷，附近有Foodland。

tram 出城往南第2站，G10 第3站，WAYVILLE 3房出租一间，所以2个单间一个向阳，一个阴凉房客任选，也可随季节调换，。双开门衣柜，大新书桌。这个地方去3个大学都方便。走路进城china town15分钟，也靠近good wood road繁华地带，有邮局，pizaa店，饭店，修鞋的，foodland ，open7天，肉店等等，总之，相当方便，另外院子里面有7种果树，其中4种产量蛮大，成熟季节随意采摘，女孩子爱吃水果的可省去不少费用煤气烧菜节省做饭时间，另外网络没有限量。每天都可以pptv附近两个公园，其中一个有篮球场地，也可以玩橄榄球草坪很大。
