$130pw All bills included. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance.

One big bedroom of a brand new house is for share. It’s furnished with double bed, bedside table, study desk, chair and wardrobe. All rooms have its own lock, completely secure and private. Internet (ADSL+) is installed and free to use. 100 meter from bus stop. 10min driving from Munno Para shopping center.

I'm an easy going Chinese man in my early 30’s and single with a full time job. I'm looking for tidy and quiet room mates. I like tidy, I prefer you keep everything tidy, except your room, because it's your room, you can make it as comfortable as you want.
