房子在South Plympton区，位处Marion Road M44 14站，步行5分钟到车站，10-15分钟到tram第10站。坐车到china town或者Marion Shopping Centre （南区最大购物中心）在20分钟以内。附近有subway，foodland，亚洲超市，postoffice，Fresh Fruit Store等等，步行5分钟即到。
标准双人房，自带独立卫浴间。中央空调。房间内有独立衣帽间。double bed size大床，两张书桌，台灯，椅子等等。
另外有两个已在工作的中国房客，一男一女，大家都很干净整洁的。不和房东同屋。
房子9月底即可入住（想提前一点也可以商量）。租金170+share bills。180G网。

yes the toilet is ensuit..it looks like exactly the picture shows...you can either park your car outside our house or by the street, everyone in this house or our neighbourhood do so..you can either rent it short-term or long-term, but prefer at least 3 months from october..
