The house家俱齐全，有空调，暖气，冰箱，微波炉，等等，可停车。

卧室配置singlebed, 衣柜, 书桌, 床柜, and heater.

学生优先（尤其是阿大的学生坐公车上学会比较方便，上课前二十多分钟出门，通常不会迟到）。
价格：$80/week，+ share bills

位置：房子位于Paradise区的一间大House.

交通：坐车方便，房子距离O‘Bahn出城第二站Paradise interchange中转站只有5分钟路程，坐公共汽车到City只有10分钟的车程，并且平时白天平均每5分钟一辆车经过。
