address: gilles plains sa 5086 (near by gilles plains TAPE)
house type: town house (3bedrooms and 3 toilets)
price: $115 including (electricity, gas, water and wireless ADSL 100GB)
share room: 1 bedroom including queen size bed, desk, chair
eazy access to city : a lot of bus option (it will take for about 20minutes to city)
if someone need pictures plz give him your e-mail address then he will send the picture to you.

帮我一个韩国朋友出租他的房子，他叫steven。房子是一个townhouse，3个卧室3个厕所，出租其中一个卧室，附近有o-ban，所以交通算方便的，你懂得。如果想看房子的照片就发短消息给他，他是韩国人，所以发短消息的时候要英文，他只懂最简单的中文，比如说你好，如果你发中文他不明白的，嘿嘿。
ps: 要看房子的照片的话就先发英文短消息给他，附上你的邮箱地址，他会把照片发到你邮箱里的，他电话我前面有写，再写下：
