I have a granny flat really to move in. You are literally live at the back of my house.
2 bds with bathroom, kitchen and living is studio style. 1 master and 1 single.
The granny was built in 2009, consider fair new. My family just move in to the new house at the front, so parking at garage is the problem, but plenty of off street parking for you as we don't have neighbout across the road.
I'm asking for $300 pw included, gas, electricity and water, plus internet broadband.
