每个房间有单独的空调
2分钟到车站，15分钟到CITY和阿德莱德大学

近超市COLES，KMART，FISH AND CHIPS，HUNGRY JACK'S和亚洲和中国超市（很多学生在附近找到工作）
房东免费接机，附近有小公园
