House中的 granny flat, 一室一厅，大厨房with dishwasher，并有空调，冰箱, 和洗衣机。家具有双人床，床头柜，Built-in-Robe，书橱，书桌，沙发，等等，适合Couple居住。

位置：房子位于Newton区的一间House, just off Newton Rd，shopping步行即可

交通：坐车方便，出门便是车站，H30 到City via Obahn. NewtonRd 上有H21。交通高峰期间有530 直接到city，仅25 分钟.

价格：Couple $170/week，Single $160/w，包网络，+ share bills, 可随时入住。
