Hello! I just saw u listing ur request about renting house at bbs website! Yeah I have a 5 bedroom house for rent!! Transport is very convenience! If u drive, take 20 min to city, bus around 20-25 directly stop at north tce near Adelaide uni!!! 2 min walk to bus stop, subway petrol station and other shop around! Drive 5 min to shopping center! The house is near mawson lake campus! Only take 5mins drive to there!! The rental is $450 is base on 5 bedrooms and 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, 2 big lounges and kitchen with dine in area!! Furniture is also including 5 sets of beds study tables, chair, wardrobes. Fridge, microwave, washing machine, 3 sets of 2 seated sofa. Dine in table, 8 chairs, tv unit and pool table and etc!!! It's only $450 per week! If u interest in getting another bathroom and toilet , we can arrange it with a little more rent! It's all can negotiate! 出城第2站，一卧房出租，绝对拎包入住

出城第二站，168，167，721，720，241，248，263, M44以及所有经过ANZAC highway的公交车都到。
现代townhouse，西南方向，空调，冷热水24小时，现代化厨房，煤气做饭，洗碗机，烤箱一应俱全，所有厨房用具俱全。客厅舒适明亮，前后花园，干净整洁。楼下有单独的卫生间。

楼上一卧房出租，家具齐全，build in robe，空间大，可以放很多衣服，写字台，书柜。

室友是一个中国留学生，和一个澳洲专业人士，人都很和善，干净也安静，从不打扰别人。可以锻炼口语。三人一起合租，没有二房东，环境自由。

男女不限，长短租都可以，短租至少8周。要求：干净，不打扰别人。
