主卧室出租 - 每周 $280
寻找爱干净、负责任的租客与房主合租。
关于地点：
- 主卧可用（不含家具，但可以协商）
- 公共交通便利 - 步行 2-3 分钟即可到达最近的巴士站，另一个巴士站位于 Hanson Road，距离车站 10 分钟路程。乘坐公共交通工具大约 30-50 分钟即可到达市区。
- 每两周专业清洁一次（分摊费用）
- 包含娱乐 - 卡拉 OK、中文电视盒、Optus 体育频道
关于家庭：
- 房主是全职看护者，很少在家
- 喜欢不经常做饭的人
- 不允许养宠物
- 不允许过夜客人
租金和账单：
- 每周$ 280 ，另加分摊账单
- 需要四周押金

- 干净整洁

Looking for a clean and responsible tenant to share a home with the owner.

About the Place:
- Master bedroom available (No furniture included, but negotiable)
- Convenient public transport – Closest bus stop is a 2-3 minute walk, another stop is 10 minutes away on Hanson Road. Approximately 30-50 minutes to the city by public transport.
- Professional cleaning every fortnight (shared cost)
- Entertainment included – Karaoke, Chinese TV box, Optus Sports Channel

About the Household:
- Owner is a full-time carer and is rarely at home
- Prefer someone who doesn’t cook too frequently
- No pets allowed
- No overnight guests

Rent & Bills:
- $280 per week plus shared bills
- Four-week bond required

Who We’re Looking For:
- Male or female tenant
- Clean and tidy
- Students welcome
