Job Title: Full-Time Administrative Officer

Company Overview: Pre-Uni New College

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative functions of our organization. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring administrative efficiency, and providing support to other departments.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with parents and students.
Supervise and oversee the work of administrative staff.
Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Fluent speech in English and Mandarin.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
