东北好区hillcrest三室House现有一间出租，不与房东同住，里面现有两个全职上班男生。家具电器齐全，提速5G网络。出门一分钟到车站，Bus271，273非常频繁，高峰时段5-8分钟一趟，最长等待时间15分钟，出门基本不用看车表。20分钟左右直达阿大和南澳大学。开车10分钟到City。

步行两分钟到购物中心，有Coles，The reject Shop（俗称两元店），平价蔬果店，快餐店和福兴华人超市。

房子四周有图书馆，运动场，诊所和各种银行。都是步行3分钟以内可到.

门口公车20分钟左右可以直达最大购物中心TTP，容易找工作做兼职，工资普遍高于City.

整个房子住满三个人，保证有足够生活空间不拥挤不吵闹。
房客不需要打扫院子，友好的房东会定期来除草

房租$115每周杂费全包（水电气网）
