房间大小：2.4米 x 3.0米
阳光充足，冬暖夏凉，有私人衣橱，书桌；半夜12点之后不会大声喧哗制造噪音，绝不影响正常睡眠或干扰个人清静。
房子位置方便，坐落在Magill区，出门步行5分钟就有车站，搭车20分钟就可抵达市中心，巴士更是直接能到阿大（University of Adelaide）市中心campus。

We are the Asian family whose now renting out an extra room in the house. Best suitable for university students who plan to study in Adelaide aged between 18-25.
Price is $300 per week (non-negotiable pls ^^) that includes 2 meals (breakfast & dinner) per day; lunch would be the leftovers packed from the previous day dinner whereas weekends would offer all day meals.
Room area 2.4m X 3.0m
Offer private wardrobe and study desk, no noise will be made after 12am.
As the house is located out of city (Magill area), the environment is very peaceful and quiet regardless of daytime or nighttime.
This is also a very convenient area, you will reach the bus stop within 5 mins of walking distance and arrive at city in 20 mins by taking the bus, the bus even has a stop right in front of the campus of The University of Adelaide.
*For your information, we have currently rented out a room and this is the last available room.
