Each room is furnished with bed+mattress, desk, chair, desk lamp, rubbish bin, built in wardrobe

Occupants for single and double room will share toilet and bathroom

House equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas stove, kettle

Restrictions: no smoking, partying, alcohol, pets

Room 1 - 160/week

Room 2 - 145/week

including bills, unlimited internet

- Bus stop 24 (bus number 281) Bus stop right outside the house; 20 minutes to city otherwise opposite direction to Paradise Interchange to access express O-Bahn into city

- 5 minutes drive to Gilles Plains and Greenacres shopping centre

- Nice neighbourhood, walking distance to Linear Park.
